【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠晚期合并丹毒的发病率、病因、诊断、治疗及终止妊娠的时机。方法 回顾性分析2003年1月～2004年2月收治妊娠晚期合并丹毒6例临床资料。结果 妊娠晚期合并丹毒的发病率为0.19%;病因与多种因素有关;分娩结束后疗效显著。结论 早诊断，早治疗，合理用药，适时终止妊娠，防止复发，减少并发症。指导孕妇关爱皮肤，预防此病。
